Members of the Negotiating Team (N.T.) are appointed by the E.C. to represent The Chapter at the bargaining table for one-year terms. The Chair(s) are also appointed by the E.C. to lead this group and facilitate discussions with Management. The N.T. consults with and reports to the E.C.
